About me 

I am a Qualified Psychotherapist Counsellor, which means I work in a integrated approach to Counselling. The integrated approach combines a range of different talking therapies, to help you manage emotional difficulties, habits or behavioural issues . The main approaches I specialise in are Psychodynamics, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and the Person Centred Approach. I am also registered with the National Counselling Society, and conduct my work within the Ethnic Framework for good practice.


What I Can Help With

Stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, low self esteem & confidence issues attachment issues, or phobias. While working together, I will provide to the best of my ability, online counselling sessions that endeavours to create a supportive, non judgemental environment, in which you will be giving the time and space to understand and gain insight into what is troubling you. I will not advise you or tell you what to do, but I will help you to explore the areas of your life you wish to bring to counselling.

What I Offer 

I offer short term or long term Online Counselling using Zoom or Audio.  

How Online Counselling Works 

Online counselling is a way to communicate with your counsellor face to face from the comfort of your own home. Should you choose online counselling a link to a secure platform  zoom which provides high level of end to end encryption would be sent to you.

If you wish you can choose to only work with audio, no video camera would be needed, instead you would chat with the camera off. Or if you prefer you can use a chat box.

Each counselling session will last approximately 50 minutes.
